Student Travel Funds Available
The University of Arizona graduate program
and the brothers of Alpha Chi Sigma (AXE) would like to help
fund your travel to Tucson for [RM]2ACS 2006. To
cover a portion of the expenses, five $300 traveling grants will
be awarded to graduate and undergraduate students attending the
conference.
In order to provide aid to the maximum
number of students, preference will be given to those students
traveling together in groups, who can use the money for van
rental/carpooling. Preference will also be given to members of
the professional chemistry fraternity, AXE, at schools that have
an active chapter. At schools with no such active chapter,
funding will be granted based solely on the number of students
that stand to gain from these funds.
